Southern Pacific 4-6-0 drawing
Drawing #SP2001

Southern Pacific 4-6-0 No. 2001

Ten wheelers such as this number 2001 were once the mainstay of locomotive power in the western United States and helped develop the West.  This particular locomotive was the only one in SP's T-22 class and was built by McKay & Aldus, and is pictured below operating on Southern Pacific's Tillamook branch in western Oregon in the early 1900's.
